Are not offered, if you the customer ordered the wrong size, colour or have not followed the recommended cleaning instructions.

Will only be offered if there is a fault with either the garment or printing and is returned with in the 30 days policy. The cost of return postage will be refunded to the customer's PayPal account. You will be offered a replacement item or a Gift card to the value of your purchase.
